CrossFit L1.5 | Mechanics and Technique

The CrossFit Level 1.5 course is designed to expose the newest members of our community to our foundational movements in a small group setting. This course begins at the beginning of each month and is REQUIRED prior to joining our CrossFit Level 2: Advanced class.

Option I CrossFit Level 1.5 sessions meet each Saturday during the month for a total of 4 – 1.5 hour sessions (6 hours of instruction). With this package, you are given 2 CrossFit Level 1 classes to be used per week during your month of On-Ramp (8 total sessions). These classes are included in your cost and take place M-F, at 5am, 7am, 5pm, or 7pm and Sat at 8am, and 9am. Your account will be credited after your purchase to allow for the scheduling of these CrossFit Level 1 classes
Option II CrossFit Level 1.5 sessions meet M-W-F at 6PM the first two weeks of the month for a total of 6 – 1 hour sessions (6 hours of instruction). With this package, after your CrossFit Level 1.5 instruction, you have six CrossFit Level 2 group sessions to use during the last two weeks of the month. These classes are included in your cost and take place M – F, at 6am, 7am, 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm, Sat at 8am, and 9am. Your account will be credited after your purchase to allow for the scheduling of these CrossFit Level 2 classes.
Our coaches will provide intensive instruction and progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our CrossFit Level 2: Advanced classes. The CrossFit Level 1.5 is ideal for individuals who are active, injury-free and looking for the most cost-effective way to get started with our group programs.
